We append below our indicative fees for bookkeeping and accounting services in preparation for your business financial statements for each year for auditing and tax computation.
1) Tier One services (depending on work scope) start from RM900.00 to RM2,000.00 per year.
2) Tier Two services (depending on work scope) start from RM2,000.00 to RM4,000.00 per year.
3) Tier Three services (depending on work scope) start from RM4,000.00 and above per year, negotiable.
4) Miscellaneous for very small businesses (depending on work scope), may be charged for RM600.00 plus only. You can discuss with us how “small” is the business.
5) There is no obligation on your part after your discussion with us.
6) We can do all backlog work depending on all the past years’ documents, bank statements, and accurate information are given. We are good at incomplete record accounting.
7) We can consider a “Tier 1” fees for you if your sales volume is below RM299,000.00 per year after we have a discussion with you.
8) We can consider a “Tier 2” fees for you if your sales volume is between RM300,000.00 to RM1 million per year after we have a discussion with you.
9) We can consider a “Tier 3″ fees which is negotiable if your sales volume is between RM1 million to RM2 million per year after we have a discussion with you. All SMEs and SMIs will start from ‘tier 3” fees.
10) We will provide business advisory services for your company as well as tax planning with your tax agent.
11) We can also prepare your monthly payroll, payslips, EPF, Socso, EIS, Zakat, and PCB tax deduction submission monthly, and the yearly EA form and E-submission of your staff earnings to LHDN. This added service is priced at a fee of RM19.50 per staff per month. The minimum is RM100.00 per month if less than 5 staff.
12) We will not bill you the 6% SST (service tax) on all our services as we are exempted.
